1、隔離變壓器的原理和普通變壓器的原理是一樣的。都是利用電磁感應原理。隔離變壓器一般是指1:1的變壓器。由于次級不和地相連。次級任一根線與地之間沒有電位差。使用安全。常用作維修電源。

靜(jing)電(dian)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽就是在(zai)原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)設置(zhi)一片(pian)(pian)不閉合的銅片(pian)(pian)或非磁(ci)性導(dao)電(dian)紙,稱(cheng)為屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽層。銅片(pian)(pian)或非磁(ci)性導(dao)電(dian)紙用導(dao)線(xian)連接于(yu)外殼。有(you)時為了取得更好的屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽效(xiao)果,在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)變壓器,還罩一個(ge)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽外殼。對(dui)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的引(yin)出線(xian)端子也加(jia)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽,以防止其(qi)(qi)他外來的電(dian)磁(ci)干擾。這(zhe)樣可(ke)使原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)主要只剩磁(ci)的耦合,而其(qi)(qi)間(jian)(jian)的等值分布電(dian)容可(ke)小(xiao)于(yu)0.01pF,從(cong)而大大減小(xiao)原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)(jian)的電(dian)容電(dian)流,有(you)效(xiao)地抑制來自電(dian)源以及其(qi)(qi)他電(dian)路的各種干擾。
使用(yong)隔(ge)離變(bian)壓器要注意兩點。
1 :變壓器(qi)的(de)次級兩端都(dou)不能接地,
2 :人體(ti)不能同時觸及次級兩端,否者,就有觸電(dian)的(de)危(wei)險。
3、一(yi)般變壓器原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)雖也(ye)(ye)有隔離(li)電(dian)(dian)路的作用,但在(zai)頻率較(jiao)高(gao)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,兩繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)仍會使兩側電(dian)(dian)路之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)出現靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)干擾(rao)。為避(bi)免(mian)這種干擾(rao),隔離(li)變壓器的原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)一(yi)般分置(zhi)于(yu)不同的心(xin)(xin)柱上,以減小兩者之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的電(dian)(dian)容(rong);也(ye)(ye)有采(cai)用原、副(fu)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)同心(xin)(xin)放置(zhi)的,但在(zai)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)加置(zhi)靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)屏蔽,以獲得(de)高(gao)的抗干擾(rao)性。
4、靜電(dian)(dian)屏(ping)蔽(bi)就(jiu)是(shi)在原(yuan)、副(fu)繞組之(zhi)間設置(zhi)一片不閉合的(de)銅(tong)片或非磁(ci)性(xing)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)紙,稱為屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)。銅(tong)片或非磁(ci)性(xing)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)紙用導(dao)線連接于外殼。有(you)時為了取得更(geng)好的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)效果,在整個變壓器,還罩一個屏(ping)蔽(bi)外殼。對繞組的(de)引(yin)出線端子也加屏(ping)蔽(bi),以防止其(qi)他外來的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)干(gan)擾。這樣可使原(yuan)、副(fu)繞組之(zhi)間主要(yao)只剩磁(ci)的(de)耦合,而(er)其(qi)間的(de)等值(zhi)分布電(dian)(dian)容(rong)可小于0.01pF,從而(er)大大減小原(yuan)、副(fu)繞組間的(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)電(dian)(dian)流,有(you)效地抑制來自電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)以及其(qi)他電(dian)(dian)路的(de)各種(zhong)干(gan)擾使用(yong)隔離變壓器(qi)要注意兩點(dian)主要(yao)是防止電(dian)(dian)網對電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子器件(jian)的干擾(rao)。隔離(li)變壓器對高(gao)頻(pin)諧波(bo)有較大(da)衰(shuai)減作用,電(dian)(dian)梯加隔離(li)變壓器不僅(jin)可(ke)以穩定弱電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓,也可(ke)以隔離(li)電(dian)(dian)網干擾(rao)。
