小容(rong)量、低電(dian)壓的電(dian)阻爐變壓器(qi)(qi)與鹽浴爐變壓器(qi)(qi)多為(wei)干式(shi)變壓器(qi)(qi),帶箱殼(ke),自(zi)然冷卻;中等容(rong)量(數百至數千(qian)伏安(an))的電(dian)阻爐變壓器(qi)(qi)多為(wei)油(you)浸自(zi)冷式(shi)變壓器(qi)(qi);大容(rong)量的則為(wei)強迫油(you)循環(huan)水冷式(shi)變壓器(qi)(qi)。
結構特點:
電爐變壓器的鐵芯采用優質取向硅鋼片,全自動剪切線加工,45度全斜接縫、不沖孔、無緯玻璃粘帶綁扎工藝制造。線圈采用(yong)先進的(de)主縱絕(jue)緣結構,合理(li)選(xuan)擇繞組(zu)的(de)結構和(he)絕(jue)緣,保證(zheng)繞組(zu)有足夠的(de)機械強度(du)。具有承受短路能(neng)力強、過(guo)載能(neng)力強、效率高(gao)、低損耗、安全、可靠等特(te)點。
工作原理:
電(dian)爐變壓(ya)(ya)器是煉(lian)鋼電(dian)弧爐的(de)電(dian)源變壓(ya)(ya)器,電(dian)爐變壓(ya)(ya)器容量(liang)根據電(dian)弧爐大小及冶煉(lian)工藝配置(zhi)。它(ta)通(tong)過(guo)調壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)滿足冶(ye)煉工藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求。調壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)分為有載(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)和(he)無勵磁調壓(ya)(ya)兩種。有載(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)大型電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)不帶(dai)(dai)串聯電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi),無勵磁調壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)中小型電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)其結構形式(shi)(shi)可(ke)分為帶(dai)(dai)串聯電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)和(he)不帶(dai)(dai)電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)兩種。前(qian)者靠(kao)串聯電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)投入和(he)切(qie)除來(lai)改變(bian)阻抗(kang)。而后(hou)者則靠(kao)改變(bian)電(dian)爐(lu)(lu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)自(zi)身高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)聯結方(fang)式(shi)(shi)來(lai)改變(bian)繞組阻抗(kang)。

總的來說,電(dian)爐(lu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)一般是單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)。因為(wei)電(dian)爐(lu)發熱材料的原因,輸出(chu)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)一般較低,輸出(chu)電(dian)流較大,所以它的漏(lou)抗比一般變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)小。有的電(dian)爐(lu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)初級(ji)有多個分接點(dian),可以粗調(diao)(diao)輸出(chu)電(dian)流,由初級(ji)的調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(感應(ying)式調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)或晶閘管調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi))細調(diao)(diao)電(dian)流。
