1 智能(neng)儀(yi)表(biao)顯(xian)示:智能(neng)儀(yi)表(biao)顯(xian)示系統(顯(xian)示電壓(ya)、電流、功(gong)率、等),清(qing)晰(xi)、準(zhun)確、分(fen)辨率高,薄膜按鍵操作,安全(quan)可靠。(而碳刷式穩壓(ya)器只是指(zhi)(zhi)針表(biao)指(zhi)(zhi)示,不清(qing)晰(xi)、準(zhun)確。且只能(neng)指(zhi)(zhi)示電壓(ya)和電流。)

4 過載(zai)(zai)能力強:可在(zai)100%額定負載(zai)(zai)條件下連續使用,且可承(cheng)受10毫秒10倍電(dian)流,1分鐘3倍電(dian)流而不損壞(huai)本(ben)機(ji)。(而碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)式穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)不能長時間(jian)滿負載(zai)(zai)運行,由于穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)帶負載(zai)(zai)后溫度升高,碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)與環形(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)又接觸面(mian)積小,碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)與環形(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)接觸面(mian)就會起火花,容易燒壞(huai)碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)與環形(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)。另外如電(dian)網電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)波動(dong)大(da),波動(dong)頻繁,電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)帶動(dong)碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)來回擺(bai)動(dong),所(suo)以(yi)碳(tan)(tan)刷(shua)很快磨損,需經常更換。)
5 無(wu)畸(ji)變(bian)(bian):采用電(dian)(dian)流過零切(qie)換技術,在(zai)切(qie)換過程中無(wu)斷流,無(wu)產(chan)生(sheng)浪涌(yong)電(dian)(dian)流,使波(bo)形無(wu)畸(ji)變(bian)(bian)。無(wu)觸點穩壓(ya)器(qi)所用的(de)隔(ge)離變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)是(shi)隔(ge)離補(bu)償(chang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),就是(shi)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)與補(bu)償(chang)回(hui)路(lu)是(shi)隔(ge)離的(de)。這種電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)好處就是(shi)當補(bu)償(chang)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)可控(kong)硅在(zai)電(dian)(dian)流過零點切(qie)換電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)檔(dang)位時,主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)流波(bo)形不會產(chan)生(sheng)尖峰,斷流。而是(shi)一個標準(zhun)的(de)正弦波(bo)。
6 三(san)相(xiang)分調(diao):每(mei)(mei)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)獨(du)立穩壓(ya)(ya),互不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)影響,穩壓(ya)(ya)精(jing)度(du)高為(wei)+-1%。且(qie)每(mei)(mei)相(xiang)可(ke)單獨(du)根(gen)據負(fu)載需要(yao)設(she)定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。如果把每(mei)(mei)相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)設(she)為(wei)相(xiang)同(tong)時(shi),三(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)平衡度(du)小于1%。(而碳刷(shua)式穩壓(ya)(ya)器穩壓(ya)(ya)精(jing)度(du)差,為(wei)+-2%到(dao)+-5%,又不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能每(mei)(mei)相(xiang)獨(du)立穩壓(ya)(ya),當輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)三(san)相(xiang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)平衡時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)平衡。已不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能滿(man)足(zu)現(xian)在很多負(fu)載對電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)精(jing)度(du)高的要(yao)求。如:測試(shi)儀器,印刷(shua)機,數控(kong)車床,電(dian)(dian)腦鑼,線割機等。)
